The Story of the Piece
C. 1950s
A classic mid-century three-stone engagement ring, crafted in 14K white gold and centered around a beautiful transitional brilliant cut diamond. The three-stone design is traditionally associated with the past, present, and future, making this an especially meaningful choice for an engagement or anniversary.
The center stone is a 0.24ct natural transitional brilliant cut diamond, graded G color and SI1 clarity, and flanked by two round brilliant cut natural diamonds totaling 0.13ct, graded F color and VVS2 clarity. Together, the three diamonds create a delicate row of sparkle while keeping the proportions refined and wearable.
The ring has a graceful reverse-tapered shank, giving the shoulders a subtle architectural quality characteristic of mid-century design. The interior is hallmarked “AK 14K.”
